- Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, returns are not accepted after delivery.
- All sales are final once the order is placed and processed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product Claims
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a refund, you must provide:
- Order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged product.
- Unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
- Description of the issue.
- Name and phone number used while placing the order.
Note: Without proper video proof, the request will not be considered.

- All refund requests will go through a strict verification process.
- The unboxing video will be reviewed to confirm the issue.
- Refund will be approved only if the verification is successful.

- The refund will be initiated within 48 hours after approval.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
